Q. How Do I Place An Order?
A. We operate a secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week enabling you to place your order online at any time. To order an item shown on this website, enter the quantity you require and click “Add to Cart”. When you have finished shopping, click on “Checkout’’.
Q. How Can I Pay?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express through Paypal. Paypal is a secure online payment processor. You do not need a Paypal account for this process.
You can also pay with your PayPal account. If you choose this payment method you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process to complete your payment. Paypal is a secure online payment processor that accepts all major credit cards.
We also accept payment through Google Checkout.
Payment by cheque is acepted and you should choose this option at check out. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been received and has been cleared . This may delay your shipment.
Q. Is Shopping Online Secure?
A. Shopping with us is completely secure. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) encryption technologies, the online industry standard, to ensure that your payment card and personal information cannot be intercepted during the ordering process.

These prices may change, depending on the weight of some items, prices may be more or less, but we will inform you before dispatch, we dont want you to pay any more than needed and promise to keep the cost as low as possible
If you prefere you may choose the courier option which has a standard charge of up to £8.95 depending on size and weight, for smaller less bulky heavy items may be sent via Royal Mail at the 1st class signed for rate
If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us before ordering.
However, delays are occasionally inevitable but unusual so please allow up to 14 working days. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best.
Q. Do You Ship Overseas?
A. We are happy to accept international orders but we do not currently have options for international postage. If you would like a quote please do not hesitate to contact us quoting your location and items you would like to order. Q. How Long Will Delivery Take?
A. Most in stock items take between 1 and 3 working days to dispatch. During busier periods please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be dispatched.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of personalised items, Corsets and Basque Sets.
Q. My Order Is Urgent Can I Have It Fast Tracked?
A. If you require an item urgently and require a next day delivery then please contact us and we will be able to help you where possible. We will always do our utmost to help you.
Q. Do Your Have a Shop We Can Visit?
A. At present we are internet based only.
Q. Do You Offer a Gift Wrapping Service?
A. If you would like your products gift-wrapped then please email info@enchantedweddingboutique.co.uk with your detailed request. We can talk you through the options available. Our gift-wrapping service is charged at £3.95 and this includes; gift wrap, a tag with your own personal message and a bow. When requested we can also make sure no invoice/pricing information is included with your order.
